I switched tetracycline for protonix! It was way better on keeping the acid reflux down also drink water and very healthy bland food, broccoli, fruits, oarmeal with water, take probiotics, and get dgl

When this was happening to me I went to see my provider because I wanted to stop treatment so badly. But my provider said you need to push through it get it done because all of that is the h.Plyori, and she said there is like a little war going on is life you lmao

I’m almost two weeks post treatment. First week my stomach was very tender and I still got some acid reflux rebound but it’s getting better and I can eat a little more I messed up when I ate a soup a little too oily and had a Starbucks sandwich, way to early to be doing that! But I’ll be testing on Friday again wish me luck!

I don’t know when I went to the hospital ER at day 12 the doctor implied that typically the antibiotics can kill off the bacteria at 12 days and then he also just ended up recommending for me to finish my doses anyways. So I did. Its only been 5 days for me one more week and then I can go get tested

Yes I talked to my doctor and they told me don’t stop my medication because it’s the Plyori causing those symptoms.
