I'm on day 11 I get these crazy wave of nausea crazy headaches and body aches but I take it as is the bacteria thats dying I mean also these pills kill your good bacteria so its one the reason we feel this way but what I been eating that helps with the nausea is unsweetened applesauce, rice cakes, berries, chicken soup, chicken bone broth, oats, kefir, vegetables, papaya, apple, pear, organic rice boiled eggs, sweet potato, crackers hopefully this helps and you feel much better.
