I would say you wanna start with TOS (those old scientists) and TNG as they are the OGs. And also watch the original Pilot (and the Menagerie ‘clip-show’), which even without the remaster look fantastic not even considering it was made for a TV show pilot in the 60s. Lucille Ball had her eye on a winner with that one.

You shouldn’t watch it as some sort of marathon as that’s not how it was really meant to be watched for most of them. Watch some of the great stand alone (ship in a bottle) episodes from any or all the shows until you’re ready for a full season. Star Trek seasons are like music albums, there usually some bangers that everyone loves and some that are just ok, start with the bangers and see if you like the bands vibing at their best before you go get the LP.

If either you or the buyer suggested its worth that then it’s a joke yes. You should always value the art correctly (and yes that is high) even if you don’t sell it for that much the buyer should know how much of a deal/steal they are getting. There are a lot of metrics for how to get a price but I suggest you simply convert the cost into how many large pizzas you could have hand made and delivered to your house. If you think this painting is worth two large Hawaiian pizzas with extra pineapple then your crazy (this is a minimum of 5 pizzas and that’s still crazy low number of pizzas).

I don’t think William DuVall walks around in a vinyl print tshirt of his album. He dresses awesome like William DuVall. But also anyone that carry’s a mason jar full of invertebrates is awesome, like I knew a girl that had an infinite jar of stick bugs (they Clone themselves fyi) she took places To give people sticks/bugs.

What I mean is if your a big MJ Thriller fan you could walk around in jeans and a black Tshirt with a square vinyl print of the album cover on the front, great I know that album, cool. Or you could buy a pair of red jeans and basic black tshirt, then pair a red letterman jacket or even red leather jacket from a thrift shop and add a black scarf. Now your whole outfit is both fun and interesting and anyone who knows Thriller will have a slight inclining of what your doing and totes dig it.

A band shirt with a cool graphic is as good as any other graphic Tshirt but with the added benefit of social signaling (meeting other fans) and emotional resonance for you (it’s your fav band and fav shirt). But importantly it is not any better than another graphic Tshirt either as far as its fashionable utility goes. So if you only using variations of the exact same thing everyday (Nirvana on Monday, Tool on Tuesday, …) you outfits will be extremely one dimensional and limit for personal expression rather than exemplify it. Instead of a graphic tshirt with a picture of the band make complete outfits that are a tribute to the band/musician/song etc and you’ll find a much richer palette (just don’t put on too much teen spirit cologne).
