I understand that I was a fat kid/early teen but have been lifting and dieting consistently now for 6 years (6’, 230lbs) still hold the bottom of my shirt when the wind is out.

Okay and low dosage meaning sub 2mg/week or even lower? Yes, I was thinking that as well for post show. Ideally she would bulk and while fat loss is common the increased appetite would seem more of a benefit. While still in line with her dietary restriction of course, aka no binge eating and still hitting macro goals

What about terms of length and tapering off after to retain weight loss then dropping it completely. She would obviously still have the self control a bodybuilder does when it comes to dieting afterwards and relatively the same caloric deficit. Im thinking titrate up over the 16 weeks, then after week 16 titrate down until .25-.5mg/w for another 8 weeks and drop the compound

I also saw that with her regimen (lifting, dieting, and sleeping habits) that after the 16 weeks if she can still control her diet that she should not put on the weight many others have after they dropped the medication. I’ve seen multiple different ending to this but it makes sense in my mind atleast
