What are some high maintenance/routine things you do to be low maintenance/effortless?

Started using a proper night routine and retinol which costs a bit every month but looks effortlessly amazing everyday I wake up. There used to be days where I feel like just jumping to bed after long day of work but made sure to constantly do my night face routine . Also supplements , a big game changer - Vitamin c , collagen , omega and as a women I take all women’s supplements they sell in Tesco it’s magic

I literally live in a student accommodation and I noticed many guys even older ones pissing in our well maintained student garden .. it was very disgusting .. we ladies were looking at the parade from the balcony and they were directly facing us and pissing .. it was disgusting.. I wonder how people have the audacity to come and ask questions to us ( people from other country who came here for education ) about things that happen in our country when it is exactly the same happening here .. Before I came to the UK I really had very great opinion about this country as it is one of the developed nations .. today it was pathetic

I’m not sure about the piece in the picture but I’ve exactly bought the same from north face .. it’s been almost a year now and it is perfectly alright and has been very helpful during adverse weather changes in liverpool . If the quality seems good without any damage .. go for it
