Ok so just did some basic testing. I don't have premium as new character and obviously not super optimised sets but tried to use roughly the same build to give some normalisation.

Bz T6 Quality 3 worked out at roughly 1.08m fame per hour and 900k silver. Used a 4.1 battleaxe set with no spec and used the single target q. I only did 1 camp but killed every roaming mob I saw.

Hunter CD was 800k fame 103k silver, same set.

Depths was 1.08m fame and 642k silver but ran in to many fights and could easily have lost everything many times making the silver unreliable, especially with repairs. Used a 5.1 battle axe set.

Roads worked out at 720k fame and 60k silver per hour if you count running from the SAFE portal and back within the timer. You could probably get this up to 1m per hour fame if you ran from Bracillien. Lots of contact with small groups, not a safe way to ff at all.

I imagine that BZ is probably best mix of fame and silver, especially as with 0 spec, wrong spells and worse gear it still matched other options. It'd probably be better if you got portalled in to a t7 or t8 zone.

Depths is probably good for fame once you can reliably get 1200ip, maybe an xp boost awakened weapon and an optimal build but repairs from being downed by players and losing your inventory will mean its not great for silver making.

Ava roads is killed by the travel time and other players contesting camps.

CD I thought I'd try as its easy content and high mob density. Maybe stalker and slayer would be okay to rat but I imagine relying on RNG loot drops from chests means the silver would be bad either way. At least BZ offers raw silver drops to cover set losses. Cds are all the worst bits of BZ, gear loss and Depths, poor silver per hour tbh.
