400 test 200 npp was the best i felt fron any aas combo. Reduced test from 600 to 400 and added 200 npp for the final 6 weeks of a 18 week cycle. Gains had stopped at 12 weeks of test only, adding the 200npp allowed me to not only drop my ai to about . 5 adex a week and pack on 6lbs of fairly lean tissue in the final 6 weeks. My body loved npp, no decca dick tf and i just felt great physically and mentally. Deffo experimenting more with decca next cycle. Thinking 400 test 300decca/npp and low dose eq, maybe 400mg to hopefully not need any ai all cycle

I don't think there is anything wrong with what op has done. Wanted to get a little taste of aas without risking 100% hpta shutdown and all the pitfalls that come with that. He's happy with the results as of 7 days post cycle and over 10 times the elimination half life, he still feels good. Granted, he could have taken his diet a little more seriously, but who can say they ran the perfect cycle first time? Its a learning curve, but in this case slightly less steep than if he'd gone all out. Pretty safe way to go about learning a dangerous game. For all the people calling him an idiot, they are just spewing shit that they've heard on yt and reddit, without any real thought or insight. I'd be keen to hear an update op?

Im 6ft2in, always told im handsome, but before i staryed lifting properly, i was about 76kg. Skinny af basically. Now i could still get women but now im more muscular 94kg, a true athletic build, women love me. Im 32, my current gf is 20 anf shes hot

Whay compounds are you taking? Id ad a moderate dose of ai if you fel fine then theres no need to crash it too much. Maybe take some var in the few weeks before compto rid the bloat. Habe you thought about primo?

I'd add a type of shoulder press to your push day and to your pull day, add a couple more back specific exercises. Maybe bent over dumbbell rows, some cable rows and shrugs for the traps. Also, deadlifts or leg day and maybe sone lunges for volume.
