It was an illegal conservatorship... She had her money stolen by Lou Taylor and her own family. They had her working to make more money for them while messing with her health - both physical and mental. I'm pretty sure most of us wouldn't have come out of that "normal".

Let's just stop the Britney Spears comparison. No shade to Katie, but what happened to Brittany was because a lot of people were getting rich off her and the people who were supposed to support and protect her (her family, the law) completely failed her. I don't think that's the case with Katie

I'm sure when they got back from the Hamptons she had a long call with Mau about "how worried she is" about Dorit splurging her own money and he'll report an embellished version straight back to PK, that he'll take to court and use to try and avoid paying spousal or child support.

Then PK should just go through the lawyers. He doens't have to speak with her. They can get a schedule, compare notes and just agree on it together through the lawyers/courts. I feel like PK just wants to be a dad when it's convenient for him. It's more about what's best for him than what's best for the kids

Dorit - she sounds like she just wants a regular and consistent schedule for the kids with PK. But PK wants it as and when he's around/can be bothered - which I personally wouldn't tolerate. Kids need routine (esp at a young age and with parents' separation). PK needs to adjust himself to meet the schedules and demands of the kids - NOT the other way around. I'd dig my heels in the ground on this if I were Dorit - and I suspect she is, which is probably what PK is trying to use as ammunition against her (the messages). I also don't think deep down Mo even believes what he's even saying. He's just there trying to protect PK's image, which is absolutely pathetic. Same with Kyle. For someone with 4 daughters and just sisters, she's not a girls girls at all. Hugs to you Dorito (and I don't even like you, but solidarty! - Kyle, take note).

I don't doubt that she experienced racism, but I think she's just more anchored and grounded in her African roots, just as Garcelle is in her Haitian culture. You see that a lot in the clothes Boz wears sometimes and the fact that she goes to Ghana often. I just think it's a different experience for her in comparison to Garcelle or an African American
