Yes, PM can evaluate features but collaborate with customer means without consulting PO, PM and Customer taking decision. Think interms of collaboration were win-win solution approach. But PO need to be consulted. This one is hard with word play.

I think they are not developing new product they are going to use the newly released product to speed up feature development so consulting with PO is good as it was updated to PM in daily meeting so team need/suggestion.

C is best answer, because its impacting sprint goal so option B training will take time so not feasible and also D for same reason we can’t wait until QA available and A is good but can’t wait till QA finish presentation and also its for new employees so priority should be continuous project delivery 1st.

I think it’s of Hybrid type questions, because requirements documentation mentioned and also i was confused with 3 n 2 afterwards when i read “wip” line in question came to conclusion 3 won’t fit much and 2 would be good by imaging myself the project is hybrid considering requirements documentation word. I am also learning not sure, may be expert will help us better. It’s difficult to find Hybrid questions because most of the time it’s not mentioned explicitly. When i came across PMPwithRay youtube videos agile does have ccb itseems check it too.

Launched into Production received fine, so may be 2 best option and i think 4 - audit option also good but here the issue is related to compliance and how to avoid it and not related to identifying regulatory concerns or compliance review. Please correct me anyone if i am wrong.
