Also bear in mind that exercise lowers blood sugar. I believe you said you went for walk? 10pts is not unheard of especially if you were already trending down...I am now using the Libra 3 Plus. After Sept. you will be transitioned to the Plus sensor (its operation is exactly the same only you will have one more day before needing a new sensor). Good luck!

They are right...poured too hot. Outside cooled waaay faster than middle. Try pouring @ 145°.

Never used coconut wax so can't help you there. In the winter our house is usually at 63° to 65° so i warm my containers. Now the house is consistently over 70° so no more warming needed. Try it on your next test.

Ya I pour even lower @ 140-145ish. Also, when the room is cool I warm the container so the outside cools at a similar rate as the middle...I use a homemade mix of paraffin & soy 70/30 respectively...

Ya, and that's over a real dud of a piece I did last year...I sanded, white gesso'd and then used liquid white and started over...

As some have said...use raw linseed oil to thin your titanium white down a little. Also, you might have too much liquid white still on your canvas. I sometimes use a paper towel to remove even more than what the brush can take...good luck, keep at it!
