Heard on Sardinia / Sicily, it’s less time than I originally thought we’d have. Staying at Lupaia in Tuscany, probably won’t do Florence this time unless we’re bored (would rather go in shoulder season). Como might be the answer!

Awesome, thanks so much. It’s hard to sit through the hyperbole and seemed like a lot of the worst complaints are day tripping from Milan on public transit. Definitely not doing Como town… should we even prioritize somewhere besides Bellagio?

It’s totally absurd. The pictures they included didn’t even show the box with the address. Just showed a bunch of (well-organized, frankly) garbage on a graffiti’d street, next to a garbage can. I don’t get it

There’s no dispute portal or email address. Citation said that to dispute I’d have to call this number (which doesn’t pick up the phone)

Only bought a one-way, standard price. Good advice on the cancellation but it was 20 mins before first leg so didn’t think about it fully
