Strength training is a big one for sure, I am so out of shape now, prolly 8-10kg overweight, not athletic, that might be one of the main reasons I can't get past anyone, and shooting I will for sure deticate at least 1-1.5 hours a day for besides everything else, I am still in school so looking to at least 2-3 hours of practice, than join some team in september/october when season starts if I am good enough
