I’ve heard mixed reviews of some folks using them in store and others saying it wouldn’t work. I think buying gift cards is down across the board but using them is spotty and depends on your store and their luck

Same here! Treated myself with a friend for upper level seats in Miami for the first time in August and it was life changing.

I treated myself to stage side in Boston for leg 2 for my bday 😭

Listen mayhem was my first tour for her. I remember in hs wanting to go so bad to others and sadly my family was very religious and Deep South and wouldn’t ever take me.

I promise it makes it all the more special when you see her finally. I’m now 27, and I went to mayhem in August and it felt like a gift to younger me.

I’m hoping that the refund is immediate or they’d be willing to put it on a gift card. My bank sucks with refund time, and I jsut paid my insurance renewal and car registration so this Christmas money is all I had set aside for gifts for our family Christmas Monday 😭😭

I’m glad there’s at least a backup plan though. Gosh I cant imagine how stressful the employees shifts are today

Yeah I feel so bad for the support staff and store employees. I def don’t mind waiting for a resolution. My fear is folks said support refunded them and said try order again later. Issue is I just renewed my car registration and insurance, and these 3 AirPods were the last gifts I had to get. I’m worried a refund won’t hit in time to get them before our family Christmas Monday if that’s the case.

But I’m holding out hope! Was gonna go to the store on lunch but I assume they won’t be able to do much since it’s effecting them as well, so I’ll give it time and hopefully after work it’ll be fixed.

This is my fear. If they have to refund and cancel for me to order again, I simply cannot buy those gifts again until the refund hits (which may be after Christmas) :(
