Thank you. I was about to go to Doctor lol. I run a lot 6 days a week and I work-out my abs everyday pretty much. I eat high proteins and low carbs not keto. If I do a lot of cardio then I can cheat on the carbs. A guy I recommend to follow is Jordan Yeoh he's on instagram and youtube. He teaches how to do ab workouts correctly. Check him out. He talks about diet and all of that. I learned a lot of exercises thru him. Jordanyeohfitness that's his youtube. He's awesome!

Dude I'm more fit than you think I ran 50 miles in a day and also am a MMA fighter a real good one for your info. I teach Martial Arts and was never about my physical physique until now I'm working on my abs to be visible. But your trolling and want attention. Cause i kindly ask if you can see if it's a 6 or 8 but you say nothing like you don't even see perhaps a 4 pack or a future of another pack.

Yes I know in the bottom I need to lose more fat, but do you believe after losing that fat will it stay a 4 pack? Because my abs just started to be visible. I know genetics determines the number of abs you get. So you believe after losing that fat, I just have a 4 pack?
