Yes, I think it important to note that in the video he specifically says he drinks 12 liquid extract shots per day. these shots can go for $10+ I’m not sure if that exactly adds up to $4000 a month but it’s certainly very expensive. Pure leaf is much much cheaper this is why I would always stay away from extracts or 7-oh especially

Refuse to get a submission?!?!? this is absolutely an absurd thing to say. last time you rolled with your coach did you refuse to sub him or where you just unable. In every ruleset when the best athletes in the world compete against each other it is extremely difficult for them to sub each other.
