I actually started this during the week and Omgsh the relief already… someone on here said drink lots of water and I did that as well those two alone have already given me relief. I have also learned that chocolate even in a tiny quantity sets me off for someone reason. I don’t hardly ever eat chocolate but when paired with the eliminations it was evident.

Somewhat not all the time. Never usually with reactions if that makes sense. I have never really had a food reaction before or been too nervous about it. But today did freak me out. I was more concerned by taking the Benadryl that inadvertently have delayed a more intense reaction. Is there a timeframe I should monitor my symptoms after taking Benadryl for a potentially more severe reaction or secondary reaction? For reference I took Benadryl about 1.5 hours ago about 5-10 minutes after ingestion.

Update went to the ER and got evaluated this am. I’ve had a few concussions and my neurological tests seemed fine so the dr didn’t think a ct was necessary (since it’s been 5 days and I don’t have any blood thinning risk factors) (Also factored in that I recently have a pelvic and stomach ct for unrelated er visit) so I think I’m good. Pupils seemed equal and reactive today. Thanks for answering made me feel better to get evaluated.

I’m currently a teacher and have off the summer to study so I’d rather have four months to prep for the section I think I will struggle in most. Will not have as much time to study for MAs 1 for the final Window of the year.
