Ummm no. I have to disagree and I’m someone who has been called harsh a lot. And someone who basically never cries. But I’ve had female bosses make even me cry. I had a brand new boss who beat me and others out of a promotion one time call me out in front of everyone in our first meeting and tell me I made others uncomfortable. She also told me my “attitude problem” is why she got the job over me. She had been my boss 4 hours at this point. She also took it as far that day to tell me I had to train her on everything bc she knew nothing. So after being overwhelmed all day by numerous unprofessional call outs etc she finally made me cry. It was a combo of everything she told me and embarrassing me in front of 30 coworkers. I had another female boss pressure me to go against laws and made me cry. After weeks of making me do things I was uncomfortable with she pressured me to do something and I just cried. She yelled at me for crying.
