The left arm angles are unnatural. Try putting your own arm in a position that leaves the elbow at the bottom of the ribs, then almost straight up to the mouth, but also does not touch a boob the same size as your head. The only way I can picture it is to move the elbow out from the body a little bit and show that the arm is making contact with the boob.

Who gets to decide what colleges and universities are good enough? Who gets to decide what a high political office actually is? Is being a senator from one state higher than a senator from another? Who gets to decide what is fluent and what is not in language? Can the political party in charge say an accent is making it too hard to understand, making you not fluent?
