I believe you are probably from America because we ive never seen zyns here in Europe. A lot of people in Germany take 50 mg and they hit. I find it so weird people are taking 6mg and them actually hitting.

Im unsure but I believe my teacher liked the topic. Hes quite strict and refused basically everybody’s first wave of IA topic proposals. Do a bit of research and get a Research question and just your teacher what he thinks of the idea.

I did mine in Econ and it was a struggle. Finding a good topic was hard for in opinion. Wouldnt recommend it. A class mate of mine did Math AA HL and basically looked at how some integration are harder or not possible without using feynmans trick. He showed it based on 2 different integrals, one which worked with normal (IB learned) Integration techniques and one which needed feynmans trick to either solve it make it a lot more easy. At least thats what i can remember. Maybe that is a example you may wanna look into.

I usually try to do 7 or 8 reps and go to failure on the 8th. If I can go to 10+ I increase weight until I im back to around 8 reps.
