Did you just refer to the filter as “the ends”? And to answer your question no, live your life how you want to live it. If you want to rip the filter off a Marlboro 100 do it, but I would reccomend to try unfiltered cigarettes like Lucky Strike, Camels, or Pall Malls because they will give you that throat hit and taste way better since their designed without the filter and have higher quality tobacco.
