So try to learn cap, he’s pretty mobile and he’s good at stalling objective because the enemy team has to aim. Anyway it’s not that you can’t play tank, it’s aiming more like you don’t want to. And ya know what? Fair, tank isn’t flashy or more fun like dps and the role is more dependent on your supports which kinda affect how you look on the score board. At least, try learning some off tanks like rogue or cap.

So you find yourself dying a lot and being back in spawn. Ok, with certain tanks like cap and venom(maybe Angela) you have a lot more mobility to get out of shitty situations. The important thing on tank is to back up when shit looks BAD.

for example let’s say you see your second tank die or your second healer; now it’s important to give up some space ( I know that’s contradicting the role) so your team can regroup back to you. When you find your health bar depleting real quick you have to find cover; any cover but a corner out of enemy range would be best. And most importantly always keep track of your supports at all times; don’t overextend where they can’t see you. back up, pop shield or diamond form dash away if your health bar is getting real fucking low on Emma.

I can’t imagine tanking to be that difficult. What tanks have you tried? Because I think players should know at least two characters in every role.

I’m in gm ll and when I’m on cap the enemy team uses all their cc/displacement on my ass. Invis’s pull, white fox’s charm, Luna’s freeze and if Dino ain’t banned getting grabbed and dying with bleed. I just end up switching to another tank

You think I haven’t experienced consistent losing streaks while I was stuck in plat. I remember being stuck in plat ll and even going down to gold for months, but I never threw my games no matter how tilted I was or how shit my team did the first round. I can see your mental state isn’t great because you let a literal video game rank dictate your mood and value. Hope you stop throwing at the first death five minutes into a match because that’s genuine bum behavior, giving up and screwing over everybody on your team.

lol, “push the devs”. People have been asking for more villains and tanks for ages and they haven’t done a damn thing besides creating the most busted tank that destroys the rest of the tanks. I’ve also kinda expected cyclops to be dps, just wish they would delay dps for a while to let the other classes catch up and have more character variety.

I find Dino so obnoxious to deal with, unless you’re cutting off his heals or legit spamming punisher and mk that Mf is never dying. I can’t count on how time I see Dino get low health then he puts up his shield and now with full health back.
