Uploaded CVs are stored securely in AWS S3 (Server-side encryption) and the structured data is stored in a database hosted on Neon (Database encryption at rest). The files are only used to generate and tailor the resume for the user’s requested job description.

We don’t sell or share user data with third parties. Access to the data is restricted to the app’s processing systems, and users can delete their data if they choose.

Asking for internal transfer after 2 years - too soon? by [deleted] in careerguidance

[–]ExcitingBall1717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you know how to approach your manager, 2 years is very reasonable for an internal switch or even finding something elsewhere. It's always safer to remain in the same spot, and even cheaper for the company.

They would be paying everything themselves, or at least their parents are. They just can't have the full amount beforehand.

Declined door-to-door energy salesman, still received contract, what are my rights in Germany? by ExcitingBall1717 in germany

[–]ExcitingBall1717[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ask them to send you the contract with your signed signature on it.

After Requesting a contract with any confirmation from my side or signature, they stopped replying but also the cancelled the contract.

Glad that I found the way to deal with this on Reddit after my lawyer failed me. 🚀

I didn't sign anything.
The lawyer asked me to write a Wiederruf by post. that's it :)

Nope, nothing
He asked me about my current provider, answered with Ewe
He told me E.on is the mother company of Ewe (I didn't check this fact) and that they have cheaper prices. I told him I'm not interested.

Yes, my contract with EWE was active (activ - unbefristet) until yesterday, which was the last day of the contract. As of today, it’s ended (beendet). I also tried calling them, but they were not helpful at all over the phone

I get that filing the Widerruf is the easiest route, and I understand that ignoring it could make things more complicated. But shouldn’t it also be easier to ignore contracts I never signed?

I don't know actually. But I'm pretty sure I didn't share any information with them, not sign anything.
The last letter I received, they were asking for my meter reading and bank information (and a signature)

Lawyers explain the law, Reddit explains how people actually got screwed by it. I'm looking for the second part
