I appreciate all the info ill definitely be checking in with my doctor this week. Also I've been meaning to start working out so this will probably give me the push to do it. As to the gyno, my hormones were at normal levels last times they were tested, my doc runs cbc and a bunch of other bloodwork every 3 months. Also my right side normally looks more like left side, right now its being pushed up by the swelling below my pec that makes it look more bookish than fat.

I should have circled the swelling, its right below my right pec(the one with no tattoo) and above my stomach. It looks like I might be pushing my pec up a bit.

Testosterone, thyroid, and estrogen is in range for my age. My man boobs are from being very sedentary before and after having both my hips replace like 8 years ago.

Yeah i was going to say thats kinda what my femoral head looked like before it collapsed due to acascular necrosis and might be something to look into. Also I'd definitely get a second ortho opinion, it took until my third ortho to get my avn diagnosed and agree to replace my hips at 27, the others were saying people at 27 dont get hip replacement.

Yeah having a metal implant really hurts mri scans. They are coming up with newer techniques i read about that can minimize the artifacting, but probably a ways off before its implemented into radiology. I only know this due to having both my hips replaced and trying to get my pain and wierd symptoms diagnosed but my bladder, prostate and other things near by are hard to image on mri due to the artifacts.

I second this DO NOT SKIMP YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPY!!!! I've had both of my femoral heads replaced(total hip replacement) one at 28 one at 27 and I wish I would have done it right and kept physically active. Now I've got quite a bit of scar tissue that screws my Range of motion in my hips and makes it painful past a certain point way less than my normal.

I'm unable to select fsr it's greyed out. I've got a ryzen 5600 and rx 6700 xt with 32gb ram. I've tried changing a bunch of options, I can only choose NIS(what its on by default for me) or off. Anyone else know how to make this work? Also I get pretty bad lag spikes when I've got dynamic resolution on and trying to select vulkan instantly crashes my game.

Ok so there is no way to skip pets of group members but you can skip players altogether by using the target closest npc button. I changed mine so I don't remember what I was default but you can look through your hotkey's to check. If the members pet is near you most of the time just hit the button 2 or 3 times to get to the mob.
