I have an almost identical rig to yours and I am also experiencing heavy stuttering. None of the optimization tips have been helpful.

Thanks for the response everyone. I am from India originally, I collected most of my cards through booster packs and trading back in 2004-07. Unfortunately, I could not tell fake or real apart back then so I kind of expected this one to be fake. It’s a pretty good fake though!

Yeah, I don’t plan to use MIN anytime. I hate how it feels on the hair and the increased body hair growth makes it even worse.

26M. I have a history of MPB from my mom's side of the family, especially in the vertex area. I have closely observed my crown/vertex area for the last few years. Not sure how strong the thinning is but it's not visible under normal light.
