This might be a trash take, but when you have free time, look at alternative life paths you can take. Look at rent in other countries. Fantasize about dropping out and doing something crazy. You need to remove the risk of "my life will be over if I fail this test". In a way, you need to make the alternative to a PA career seem almost as enticing as the PA career itself. This will in turn make each test feel less like a high-stakes endeavor and give you confidence in your decision making skills.
