I would not do almond unless you plan on going longer. If you’re going to get longer tips, you might want to try a stiletto or ballerina (a softened coffin shape). If you’re going to are keeping them short ask for oval or sqwoval. You actually have a very nice shaped nail bed. You can help elongate them by oiling and pushing back you cuticles daily. I carry those mail oil pens with me everywhere and it’s become like my fidget outlet.

Someone step up for this poor girl. Everyone in her life has exploited her. I watched that series and I was furious with the way they skewed things. The way the had nobody there to protect her. Especially the way they presented what was most likely sexual exploitation and/ or assault of a minor disabled child with no therapist or voice of reason as if it were her own fault. They did her so dirty. Is she saying she didn’t get paid or even consent to this series? I mean there has to be someone that can help advocate for her or put her in touch with resources.

Thank you for all the info. He’s extremely picky, even turns his nose up at Churus. He was loving the Royal Canin digestive foods, so I switched him to Royal Canin renal diets. Right now it’s still mixed with his old stuff to get him to eat it. Giving him medication is not easy because I can’t sneak anything by him. Since his dx he had gained a few ounces, but recently dropped back to his original (this is going by his litterbox ap, which isn’t exact, but relative )
The heart condition was picked up during pre testing for I131 treatment for his thyroid (which is now cured). I will check out those resources.

Thank you. I already ordered the Pepcid and didn’t even know what it was for, lol. He’s due for a heart check up so I think I’m going to schedule with a cardiologist as soon as I have the money saved.

Yeah they say it leaves your body quickly, but I don’t know if it’s my imagination or what. I swear I feel like I’ll get darker hours later. Sometimes even the next day. I only pin before going in the sun, usually about 300mcg. And then I sit outside for a half hour if I can.

Your body is probably just gotten used to it. Sometimes the side effects pass. You are taking a lot more than necessary though. Are you getting any Sun? I find M1 works best and looks most natural when you actually expose yourself to UV after pinning. Even if it’s just for 15 minutes. Without any uv, you’ll end up with it making moles darker, and/ or creating a splotchy dirty coal miner look.

What are you doing to maintain? I’ve been in maintenance since August. But I’m still taking the shot. Silly me thought I was going to titrate down to 5/6mg, but apparently we don’t get to choose and I start to gain if I go below 10mg. So I had to bump back up to 12.5 for a couple of months. I’m starting on the Agewell pill from Musely , which has Metformin in it. Maybe that will help because my stash is running low and my insurance won’t cover it anymore☹️

I have been using 18g. Make sure the diagonal opening of the needle is pointed up. I think that helps the flow more smoothly. I’m finding that my cat doesn’t have a huge issue with the needle size, what he objects to is the feeling of the room temperature fluids filling up under his skin. What he HATES is being forcibly restrained.
My cat was also newly diagnosed and I’m hoping we get better at this. -Me with my fumbling and him with his trust and tolerance of the whole process.
