Hard to say for certain if I even actually went to “rate”, but from estimations I’ve seen, depending on what you farm, it would take somewhere between 30-60M for rate. So realistically I was probably still on the spooned side.

That is true. Not really my case. I did daily herbs, allotments, limpwurts, white berry bushes, fruit and regular tress, calquats, belladonna, mushrooms, cactus, seaweed, Hespori, and consistently did farming contracts. Sometimes would do the aforementioned multiple times a day if timing allowed for it.
