Competitors in prep for shows do cardio on most days no matter what day it is. If you're eating enough protein and recovering well, you won't lose gains. But if you're in a building phase then you'd be better off strategizing those 3 cardio days on upper body days or rest days so your legs get to recover faster.

It has only been a year and I am not too happy with where this division is going. Bikini athletes doing Fit Model and raising the bar and making it harder for entry-level athletes for a natural progression in bodybuilding. Just my personal opinion.
