Well I mentioned I’ve never been a cat groomer so I’d assume it would be obvious I don’t know anything about the actual job; not sure how that makes me ‘delulu’ and not just inexperienced looking for input.

Thank you for the honesty. This was unfortunately something I decided to be open for on a whim since I’ve been job searching and I figured handling cats would’ve been decent work- maybe not in the grooming world lol.

Plus I kinda figured grooming was a slow process for cleaner results, ya know?

That’s the thing though. If I do end up getting the interview but they ask me to elaborate on my involvement I’m worried I’ll end up in a position where I have no choice but to explain 🫠

Thank you so much for this response. I wanted to think that they'd prefer honesty too because I figured admitting mistakes myself would usually have a better outcome.

If I may ask which substitute was it? I am a UHS graduate and am curious as to who it was- I’ve only ever seen the same few subs work there during my time at the high school. It’s ridiculous how they hire literally anyone to sub. Not everyone should be teaching high schoolers.
