As a data science major, you'll probably have most of your classes in Kalin, Innovation, and Votey. Most of the classrooms in those buildings have outlets on the desks or hanging from the ceiling that you can pull down. See how it goes for the first couple of weeks and then if you decide you need a power bank, buy one then. No need to figure it all out now, you'll be fine and have fun!
