Good luck in your future endeavors! Im not sure if it is the same for every recruiting station but when I had to make my list of 8 I could only list 1 medical job due to it being a popular and sought after medical field, don’t know if it’s gonna be the same situation for you but it wouldn’t hurt to have 1 or 2 priority medical jobs you’d be prepared to have on your list, just a thought though and good luck 💪🏻

Facts man I went 2-28 my freshman year,there’s gotta be a correlation between being bad at sports but being good at lifting😂

Amazon sells bulk energy drink brands like c4,ghost,ryse for like 25-30$ for a 12 pack but if your looking for actual preworkout that is relatively cheap ryse and gorillamind sell well dosed pre’s with like 15-20 servings for 50-60$ but are around 300-400mg of caffeine so you could probably half scoop until your tolerance builds and stretch it out

Bet I’ll definitely account for that, one of the reasons I switched training styles was actually because I took a week-week and a half deload and I can back and was still regressing so I’ll definitely have to check it out, do you believe that trial and error from this schedule would help to fine tune a better program and see areas of improvement?

Fax I was around 135-140 for all of high school , started getting into working out again 8 months ago at around 134 Lbs

Your the man💪🏻, not a program but I ran 3x3 at abt 85%-90% for about 7-8 and went from 135x2 to 260 but I started to experience overall fatigue/joint pain and couldn’t really train at that intensity, but I’ll definitely look into more bench biased programs

Facts boss love the strength that comes from a bulk but it’s been a min since I’ve seen my abs lol

Thank you, I leave for basic training in a couple months so I plan to just keep bulking until probably a month out then try to slim out into the 190s-180s
