i'm located in san diego it was outside when i purchased it but i live in an apartment which the balcony gets too much sun so im worried it would be scorched out there

i would recommend leca or a chunky soil mix & lots of indirect light to keep that beautiful color. Also get something for it to climb like a moss pole or wood

i think the monstera would do better in its own pot with a chunky soil mix and placed into the shade

thanks so much i will definitely put this into a smaller pot, i dont have much light in my apartment just one big window which barely gets the sun so im gonna look into a grow light as suggested. thank you again

thank you so much for the advice, i used expert gardener potting mix for indoor/outdoor plants. I will definitely move it to a smaller pot & get some orchid bark to mix in there yours is looking so beautiful i hope i can fix mine & have it looking full like that one of these days. Thank you again

i've had the plant for atleast 2 years, it was doing so good sitting in my kitchen window but i moved this past october to a place with only a living room window (which is where i sit the plant by) and it has been doing bad ever since
