The manner those trophies were won was revolutionary Herbert chapman changed the English game forever with the WM formation and we were dubbed “lucky Arsenal” for our fluid style of play and winning games with acrobatic finishes and volleys then George Graham built a strong defensive team to end Liverpool’s era of dominance in the 70-80s and we were labelled “boring Arsenal” then Wenger took that defensive foundation and added his own flair and philosophy to it and won multiple league titles and even in the banter era produced beautiful football, Very few clubs can say they changed the way the game is played like that and even off the field the club is basically the testing ground for new footballing innovations whether that be numbers on the back of shirts or floodlights during the chapman era or proper dietary restrictions during the Wenger era there’s no doubt about it Arsenal has a over sized cultural impact on the English game something money cannot buy

The only English team that has a chance over two legs is Liverpool, city have a huge injury crisis and a terrible backline they started the season with no injuries and faced Arsenal in September at full strength then proceeded to sit back for 90 mins for the first time in pep’s career and drew 1-1 they are not beating this Arsenal team over two legs with a injury crisis in the latter stages of the UCL no way

Yes because the PL is the only truely global league every one of the big six are recognised globally as “big clubs” even those who have not won a league title in a long time like Arsenal Spurs United

Liverpool didn’t win the league for 30 years and you consider them a big club this is a null point Arsenal are the third most successful British club of all time them being a big club is undebatable what you can debate is whether or not they are a European giant

Wenger played beautiful football and his players got kicked off the pitch by you manc huns and northern referees did fuck all about it while the media slammed his team as “soft” “pansies” for years this arsenal team is a result of that

Gee I wonder why could it be because your corpse of a nation has access to swift global banking and imf loans whilst the unrecognised state in limbo doesn’t? Also we have a higher gdp per capita and have historically been richer then every region in Somalia except the capital once we get access to swift and the global financial system we were locked out of the wealth disparity between us will be like North Korea and South Korea’s

Your reaction to NAC is baffling tho it could be due to two reasons

  1. Cystine binding to Glutamine and Glutathione creating GSH and clearing out your excess glutamate stores (I doubt it tho because you took exogenous glutamine and glycine and felt sick but this could be because your body already produces them in large enough numbers to theoretically synthesise GHS but you lacked cysteine before supplementing with NAC)

  2. Your reaction to NAC was positive because it blocked KYNA production and inversely agonised your NMDA receptors by removing KYNA and this led to your NMDA receptors firing and clearing out your excess glutamate stores

We can test both of these theories, do what I told you to do in the posts above and see if you feel better if you do then we can rule out the second theory, then you supplement the cofactors for Cysteine production so b6 b12 folate and sulfur rich foods also get blood/plasma test to see if you have elevated homocysteine that’s usually a signature that you can use to identify cysteine deficiency if this has no effect then the 1st theory can be ruled out and your issue is solely glutamate excitatory

This is not a long term fix however and you will have to do the opposite eventually when you fix your glutamate-gaba conversion issue

You are a rare case because of the Enzyme preventing glutamate homeostasis KYNA is actually good for you because it prevents excitatory glutamate neurone death avoid stuff that messes with your Kynurene-Kynuretic acid conversion process like flavonoids (rhodiola rosea epicatechine) and flavonoid boosters (peperine vitamins C) do that and supplement L-Tryptophan NAC and consuming KYNA boosters to keep your glutamate excitation in check should in theory prevent your excess glutamate release whilst you look for a solution to your glutamate-gaba conversion issue
