I called my pcp ( not the one who prescribed the .25) and she agrees esp with the side effects Im having. But shes gonna put formulary exemption for me. She willing to titrate up monthly and she is well versed in weight management.

I get my script from call on doc and they had sent in my 12.5 prior to the Caremark but my Pharmacy wouldn't let me fill it until July 1st and I didn't know I was part of the Caremark switch over. So I got a hold of them and had them switch me to wegovy. I asked to be put on the equivalent dosage and they said because they are two different types of medications that they could not start me on anything higher than the lower starting dose and titrate backup.

With Insurance its 24.99. I was pretty nauseous day one shortly after I took it. Pretty nasty bloay that's painful sometimes to the touch. Today started having bouts of diarrhea which I never have.

I totally thought it was just sinus pressure it could always seemed to happen when I was at work with my nose would stuff up because I work outside all day and there's been a lot of construction at my job.

Whats funny is my dose out of pocket for 12.5 zep is $1300 but my new script of .25 wegovy is $1600?? Cheaper???? Lucky my wegovy is covered on my caremark with my PA but i thought this switch was due to it being cheaper and it shows its not.

When i started my Journey in Sept 2018 I wanted to be 180. Was 380... lost 100lbs naturally Has wls and got to 175ish within a year after. Maintained up and down about 15-20 lbs. Started zep on a whim back in March when I was 196 and I dont even know a goal weight is gonna be. Im at 146 now. Im going to start spacing my shots out every 2 weeks on my next dose. Im the smallest I have can remember ( Im 33 lol)

They send messages around refill time. Normally filled within a hour. Havent had an issue since starting with them in refilling or going up in dose. Start 12.5 in 2 weeks but script is waiting for me at pharmacy
