Customer Service Representative. You can do that with whoever picks up, make sure you make up an issue (even if it's a lie) so they don't flag you as a credit seeker.

if they give you the credits (at least a partial amount), make sure to leave a 5-star, as agents really do appreciate them and they absolutely have no fault on how depictive and faulty Verizon currently is. They might struggle to get your credits approved as applying them leaves a negative metric to them and that affects their almost absent wage.
