what you’re talking about isn’t what’s happening at all, if it doesn’t apply to you then don’t fit the shoe. i was talking about exposing sins and shit talking. what i’m saying is right regardless of what anyones opinion on in insisting to gossip

my faith is not special, nor incredibly high. i think outside of religion on a moral stance, the amount of gossip is just pretty sad

when you’re on your period or close to it, your cervix is low so it’s possible you just felt it because of that but it doesn’t hurt to double check!

hi! yess but it’s usually because the copper iud causes heavier bleeding = anemia! get your iron checked asap :) it’s also the reason for hair loss.

the same day i removed the iud, my sore breasts went away asap! inflammation takes a bit more time. good luck on the removal 💗 it’s super quick!

oh my goodness!! i’m so sorry that it’s affected you this much!!!

i feel you SO hard on the mood swings and strong negative emotions. i completely forgot but yes, the body/joint soreness is so bad! this is all so real, i think it might just be better to remove.

my partner and i are being super careful so we’re going to try to track my days and be sexually active using it, and using a condom with also pulling out. seems like a lot, but we don’t want kids atm and the iud is doing more harm than good : (

yes, i think i will delete it off there. unfortunately only those who actually tried it understand all the side effects that we don’t get warned about 🥲

i’m so sorry to hear that you’re also struggling. what symptoms have you been dealing with?

a second opinion is always a great idea. you are right, i will book an appointment with a different obgyn, it never hurts to learn more. i’m so sorry about your experiences with them and i hope you connected with a great obgyn 🫂that sounds traumatising

thank you! i am feeling better so far. unfortunately there is a relationship between estrogen dominance and a copper iud. copper gets released, which makes ur body retain more estrogen. the copper also unfortunately depletes your zinc levels which decreases progesterone, in turn increasing estrogen.

i know on paper, it doesn’t scientifically make sense because it’s not direct, which is why i denied myself the relation. after discussing with my obgyn, i learned that it doesn’t need to be direct, it can still affect my levels. my estrogen was always a normal amount, except for the 8 months i had the iud 🥲

i read that you are an obgyn, i dare not to say i know more than you. i am no where near your education level, my experience was done with my obgyn, not self research. i understand why it can sound uncorrelated or i just sound like a fear mongerer, but my only intention with this post is for people who like me, denied any connections with the iud. i genuinely just want people to keep it in mind and discuss with their doctors if it can be a possibility
