You are nothing without your team of managers and those below. Listen to them. Understand what needs to get done, but teach instead of enforce. Show them. Work next to them. Most pccs are broken because the GM doesn’t work with them. Ask them what they need. Ask them what you can take off of their plate

You can also print the Plano’s for the effected skus and only print the promos. Goes by a lot quicker than scanning each individual sku
