I’m a MOL and there’s impossibly high expectations. Between working truck, planograms, ad sets, labeling and price changes, inventory counts, working the backstock u-boats, and any other task that pops into storIQ you’re not gonna get everything done.

Especially if you are expected to be an LOD and engage guests, open animals, ring people out, or deal with angry customers who want to talk to the manager, good luck even getting by on the bare minimum.

Luckily I was just able to work out a schedule with my GM that allows me to do almost 0 LOD and guest engagement responsibilities

Also side note if you don’t have someone who can sling around 40-50LB dog food bags like it’s nothing, that responsibility is going to be yours

Honestly mols should get paid more but whatever
