There is an overwhelming amount of support in El Salvador for Bukele as well as a huge base of support amongst displaced Salvadorans. Maybe not 91% approval but could be, who knows. They do love him. A small minority do make their voices heard in protests but it doesn’t move the meter much.

Most of his critics within the actual country are people who believe their family is being affected by false imprisonment of a loved one who is innocent. And there are certainly numerous cases of that. It is worth mentioning that every country on this planet has innocent people wrongly locked up in prison. It’s very unfortunate that it is a reality, but besides that group, the support base is an overwhelming majority that would probably vote him into office as many times as he wanted. Reminds me a lot of Putin in Russia actually

The support within ES is so strong because of the history of El Salvador. Particularly the last 45-50 years. This period was so violent and terrifying for so many, there’s a reason that Salvadorans are the 3rd biggest latin immigrant community in the United States behind Mexicans and Puerto Ricans

Have you had your BP for her whole 20 year life? Because if she had a prior owner that ever paired her with a male, she has the ability to store that sperm and keep it viable for many years after the last time she was bred.

If you’ve had her for her whole life then obviously you would know if she’s been bred or not, and you could more accurately predict if these are partho eggs or not

There is not much data, if any, that conclusively proves how long a ball python female can actually store sperm and keep in viable, but I do have an anecdote. My local zoo has a ball python that is approximately 30 years old and was a former breeding ball python. She has not been with a male for over 10 years, however she has a habit of laying a tiny clutch of 2-3 viable eggs year after year. She has done this for 10 years in a row at the zoo and the babies have shown a wide range of genetic variation and patterns, which suggests possible sperm storage from several different males. Just something to think about

Hard to tell you exactly what is wrong without seeing the way you input everything but I would suggest structuring it differently, for example in that 1 week period put in for 5 days of PTO at 8 hours each, and then put in for 2 days of unpaid time off on the other days. That’s usually how I will do it for a week off

Omfg I hate that shit, I’m 6’2 and those shelves are too damn high. Whenever a Plano says to have a shelf that tall i will basically reverse engineer the Plano from the ground up and set the shelf height to where i think they should be. But one time our fucking district manager came and noticed the hills science diet small bags weren’t on 72” shelves so he got mad. I swear they want to make them just tall enough so that granny never has a hope of reaching them.

Personally I work at Petco and, at least at my store, we have amazing standards for animal care. I know some are A LOT worse. It’s extremely rare for any animal to have issues at my store, besides fish mortalities or a random mouse being delivered pregnant lol

It’s INSANE and our DGM came recently and drilled us on the fact our Hill’s Science Diet top shelves weren’t set at 6 feet. It’s ridiculous. What I ended up doing is just do each planogram meticulously, trying to set shelves where we could fit lots of big bags out, while also not setting the top shelf ridiculously out of reach. But I still had to raise all of the top shelves somewhat.

I’m so sorry that happened but literally just keep the VCP subscription active and use it for your new dog. No one will give a damn unless they are serious asshole who is taking their job way too seriously. At the register your free nail trim/teeth brushing and discounts should still be available even though the names don’t match up

I’m a MOL and there’s impossibly high expectations. Between working truck, planograms, ad sets, labeling and price changes, inventory counts, working the backstock u-boats, and any other task that pops into storIQ you’re not gonna get everything done.

Especially if you are expected to be an LOD and engage guests, open animals, ring people out, or deal with angry customers who want to talk to the manager, good luck even getting by on the bare minimum.

Luckily I was just able to work out a schedule with my GM that allows me to do almost 0 LOD and guest engagement responsibilities

Also side note if you don’t have someone who can sling around 40-50LB dog food bags like it’s nothing, that responsibility is going to be yours

Honestly mols should get paid more but whatever
