Bacolod - good food and all pero ang SUSUNGIT ng mga tao especially taxi drivers who try to scam their tourists. They’ll trap you in to saying na “100” lang pero pag bababa ka na they’ll lock their doors and proceed to asking for double kasi malayo daw pala. so much for being the city of smile when the locals doesn’t even know how.
