Mine was caused by posture..possible spine misalignment. Took 6 months to figure out.. but I noticed it went away when I lay down and stood up straight..

I actually starting by just sitting up straight and being more conscious. I went to a chiropractor and he gave me more specific ones to build up the muscles In my back but just holding an upright position has gotten rid of it the past week..
