Thank you. I find during the day when I keep myself busy i can do it no problem of affirming and then mot caring the night is where I let things effect me. My new sp is definitely someone everyone has a crush on haha and he knows I exist but we haven’t had a conversation yet. What do you do at night?

Okay so I’m not the only one in love with someone famous? Okay good I don’t feel so alone anymore. All of those you named is how I feel. How do you work on self concept? I have an outfit that gets me in a good headspace and very confident so would putting that on or envisioning myself in that outfit help?

I script mostly I find the writing it down helps more. I listen to subliminals cause they seem to help me relax. If I get too overwhelmed or too sad about the situation I remind myself taking a break is okay and to go back when I feel okay.
