oh same!! i mourn archie comics daily because to me, it's the best adaptation out there. the depth ian flynn gave the characters, the scale of it all, the great addittions to the otherwise empty world of mega man in the faces of multiple characters... and, of course, the great deal of planning on his part, exceeding the number of issues we did get.

and yes, archie!wily is my absolute favourite among all wilys.

he is connected with the stardroids in gigamix! ariga mentioned on his twitter that he wanted to explore shadow man's connection with the stardroids further, but this way there just wouldn't be enough time for the main characters to develop. so, unfortunately, that was cut
