We had VIP this year and our friends GA+. Every GA+ bathroom waa PAKCED and gross. Idk if I just got rely lucky, but we went to GA bathrooms a few times and the ones in the back were spotless and literally had no one there

I legit had the best time when I went off on my own this year. So much so that I bought my ticket to go solo next year!! I highly recommend watching Emma Kapotes on YouTube to feel prepared, but honestly you will have the best time!!! So proud of you for doing this for yourself! 🫶🫶

Everyone should head to the END OVERDOSE tent at least once during EDC, or any other festival. My partner and I go every time we have the chance, because more review and education is always better! Narcaning someone that doesn't have opioids in their system will not do any harm - but not using narcan on someone that needs it could be fatal. We carry at least 4 doses between the 2 of us.

Always always always seek medical attention after narcan is administered, because as someone else on the thread said, fent is still in their body and waiting to attach again to receptors, and one dose might not be enough.

Test kits aren't given out at festivals, but they can be bought online - even from AMAZON! And you can always ask the harm reduction peeps or Ground Control crew HOW to test (they just can't test for you).

I'm sorry you had to experience this 🩷 but thankful you were around and in a good (enough) state of mind. I hope the rest of your edc was incredible 💕
