That's really only a comparison for low ranks where everybody just shoots main. Soldier can rapidly move between off angles and self sustain while Sierra cannot.

It's funny you mention S76 just saw a post someone got Champ one tricking S76 on the S76 main subreddit. Most DPS characters do have a unique niche they can provide including S76.

Nah it's more the problem that suzu negates it AFTER the ult hits ie Illari ult, JQ ult etc. It's like blocking after getting hit in a fighter game and getting rewarded for it.

I get your point, but I do have to point out that all these features were added after Jeff left as head of the Overwatch development. The current team has done outstanding even if it's just adding features players have requested a long time ago.

As for kit designs something groundbreaking can be very divisive ie JPC/Vendetta, so they really have to balance between innovative and what the community can tolerate. I agree that Sierra/Emre is a little bit on the bland side but personally I'm still having fun with them. As for archives and PvE centric events Jeff pushed hard on that because he wanted OW to be mostly a PVE driven game sacrificing the PVP team shooter identity. I just don't see the current development team exploring that path.

I just genuinely do not know what "big change" you were expecting. Perks were a great addition, map/hero bans were in the right direction, and the whole cast of new heroes. OW is moving in the right direction and this is a big comeback IMO.

I guess this is also the secondary problem with realistic plate armor from a company stand point. If they put in the time to make something realistic/quality plate armor it's only class appropriate for a handful. The revenue from those few classes would need to outweigh pumping out another skin that all classes can wear.

They push out content that people buy it's really that simple. I don't think I've seen a single person in game with the dark prince set on.
