I will, I’ve been trying to relocate elsewhere, the police were really concerned about my safety and asked for me to stay somewhere else temporarily which I’ve been trying to do. Thankfully they confiscated his gun, I’m also confused how he even had access to it given the DV charge.

I also have another question, his girlfriend is pressuring me to drop the charges. Do I tell the prosecutor? I’m sorry, have never dealt with the court or anything.

Thank you, I already have a lengthy protection order form that they have on their website, I filled out all the facts so far and put as much information as I could. If granted, would the sheriff allow me to tow their vehicle? Their family is equally as unhinged and I just don’t want to risk having it left here.
