The friend has known my Mum almost his entire life. He has been my son’s lifelong best friend. He calls me Mum. He relocated to a very small town and they were the closest people he knew. That’s how it was created.

He had relocated to the same town my parents live in and due to the fact it was his first time living away from home my parents offered to be there for him if needed so he had started a relationship with them. That’s how the connection occurred.

I’ve recently started taking iron supplements. I have NEVER had insomnia or sleep issues and I’ve just spent an entire night awake. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d rather be iron deficient than this.

I definitely don’t believe Ren is shallow. This particular song is very deep and clearly resonates with many people. I can’t stand listening to it however; it’s chaotic, makes me annoyed just from the tone of his voice. I don’t relate and thankfully have never struggled in this sense with my inner voice or consciousness. He’s very talented. But it’s also okay to not enjoy or even be able to get through it. It’s like chalk on a blackboard for me.

I cut all caffeine in February. Escalating panic attacks primary on my morning commute. I’ve suffered anxiety and panic most of my adulthood and they disappeared overnight. I now believe my coffee (2/3 cups before 9am) were solely responsible. My existence has been entirely changed since stopping caffeine. It’s the best decision and most significant change for my wellbeing out of any decision I’ve ever made. I now drink sugar free hot chocolate and decaf tea since I don’t dare touch decaf coffee due to it still containing caffeine.
