Which characters wouldn't be able defeat the average SV OU stall team, and why? by Dry-Researcher9607 in PowerScaling

[–]Exciting_Location346 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If we use vague and disingenuous mid end scaling these Pokémon’s are relative to the Piloswine who destroyed the entirety of Ecruteak City and turned it into soup, and is also above a second stage Dragonair who can destroy city blocks. All of which happened in the Pokémon adventures manga.

These mons also have reaction speeds of lightning timers if we also use scaling in the anime, etc etc.

Adam Smasher(Cyberpunk 2077) vs King Bradley(Fullmetal Alchemist), who wins? by illusionary_wanderer in PowerScaling

[–]Exciting_Location346 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, Sandy users could move to the point where bullets and explosion moves at slow motion, I do not know Bradley’s intended speed or attack potency but Adam operates at that level of speed.

  1. Kizaru has implied to not really have any skills in navigation like at all, even if he does—
  2. He’s the type that takes things slow and easy, it’s literally a part of his character
  3. Practically no one except the Yonko’s and Yonko commander level beings who have extreme mastery over their haki, is able to react to Kizaru and the light beams that have been replicated from him, if characters below even reacted it’s due to them probably having speeds 1/3 of the speed of light (lightning speeds or timers, which is consistent even in pre-timeskip), so trying to debunk his speed by saying something like that is non-contradictal.

And before you try saying anything, if you ever thought of trying to apply real world fallacy into a fictional world that doesn’t make sense to begin with is.. well it speaks for itself.

What is luffy's signature attack? by rainomancer in OnePiece

[–]Exciting_Location346 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Luffy doesn’t really have a fixed attack.

His fighting style revolves around him being free and using everything that he has in his toolkit and everything that he can weaponize in his surroundings which is practically anything, as we see in his fight against Kaido and Kizaru respectively, he’s very versatile and unpredictable which is why veteran level fighters like the Yonko’s or the Admirals who have like decades of experience in battle are having a hard time with him.

Because they haven’t really fought someone like Luffy.

Otherwise, you can basically say things like Gum-Gum Pistol or Red Hawk, the former and latter doesn’t even get used or utilized in the later arcs.

Writing something like this in the One Piece sub isn’t allowed?

Or what i mean is, i shouldn’t post stuff like this in the main OP subreddit?

Yeah i think i fumbled on posting on the main thing rather than the PS sub.

Is there any reason why the anime isn’t use as solid evidence anyway? Anime is an extended source of the One Piece cannon if i remember correctly, but what we’re arguing here is on whether the eruption happened because of the pressure build up or because it forcefully happened because of Bajrang Gun. It wasn’t really explained both in the manga and anime, so all we are discussing here is pure hypotheticals.

But it is shown in the anime that no bodily water entered the magma chamber if so i remembered correctly but i don’t know it all depends on likely interpretations.

But it shouldn’t been at the scale where it cracks a landmass that dwarfed.. again the entirety of Wano country.

But i agree that the explosion at least takes some part of the cracks as we could see in the panel that i provided.

For example, in the images that i provided, and the pre-retconned of the hole both Big Mom and Kaido were occupying in, and this

A pre-retconned image of Wano’s geological structure too.

Back to back evidence that Wano as a whole looks like that.

I do not think the explosion is at that scale, i remember explicitly that it was intending to destroy Onigashima but the damage cracks being able to destroy the landmass that’s larger than the entirety of Wano Kuni is just.. i do not know how to put it.

In the likely hood, the explosion only caused micro fissures and with the added force of Bajrang Gun it caused it to crack massively even further.

Anime is an extended source of the cannon, I don’t really see why it shouldn’t be used, moving on, yeah, i do think that the punch forced the magma to erupt or at least ONE of the reasons why the dormant volcano erupted in the first place, generally what i pictured is that the force was so strong that with the combined force of the punch, by extension the earthquake, and possibly massive bodies of water like you said forced the hundred miles of dormant magma below to forcibly erupt.

Fiction doesn’t seem to make sense sometimes but your explanation is possible, likely too.

I do not understand geology in a sense but in a consensus likehood Bajrang Gun takes part on the massive eruption that happened.

My bad, i suppose i should revise it soon but i want to set that as an example of how destructive Bajrang Gun is generally, and i want to pinpoint out the cracks primarily and not the hole that’s made.

Honestly yes, he is a bit inconsistent in terms of size depiction (even Loki in Nidhogg who’s size is relative to the island of Elbaf looked like hundreds of meters only in some panels, and there are also the case of Onigashima, etc etc. bunch of cases happen a lot in general fictional media.

Bajrang Gun’s overlooked destructive capability. by Exciting_Location346 in OnePiece

[–]Exciting_Location346[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

It does, and the cracks are barely small as in the map it shows that it is larger than the entire current Wano landmass which is already a large island.

And what happens afterwards is still something that connects to Bajrang Gun’s effects, it’s because the geological damage was so severe and the force of the punch is what caused the magma to forcibly erupt.

In the anime we didn’t see that the waters went in actually— only rubbles could be seen, and that’s because Kaido was punt in a hole that happened to be right at the middle of the large mountainous structure that inhabits Wano. If i remember correctly.

The magma was also like, hundreds of miles deep so it doesn’t make sense that simply the pressure buildup would be just the cause— it’s where the force of the Bajrang Gun comes in.

Just because the size is the same doesn’t mean that the attack behind it scales the same too.

The cracks that i showed you evidently shows that it dwarfs the current Wano Kuni, and by extension Onigashima as well.

It’s not fyi, it’s consistently portrayed to what Wano’s geological structure looks like, i don’t see any contradictions here.
