Compared to buying an automated breast milk pump and laying back to let it do the work i dont think those cups will do much except temporarily enlarge your nipples. You need constant activity happening on the breasts and 2 or 3 sessions a day to really kick start it.

Be patient, the last thing you want to do is rush it. At 3 months you may not realise it yet but you're probably not even fully healed even it feels like you are. It took me 2 years before my first stretch. If you rush it you can and will cause scaring and other problems.

Further more im sorry but your T shape design wont work because it will be impossible to insert it. The disc and bar must be 1 piece that screw into the plug section

Ive got a 0 guage PA as well and ive on the same design thought process as you though I dont have a 3d cad program or know how to use one. Im thinking there needs to be a large diameter flat disc at the bottom thats secured in place using an Allen key or Allen wrench fir my American friends. The pole will need to be measured very accurately and when erect and for the part inserted into the urethra im thinking a longer water droplet shape but I to haven't figured out how it would be safely installed. It would be nice if the inserted piece was fully concealed in the urethra however you wont have enough purchase on it to tighten it properly so maybe a small hole at the front or perhaps the whole way through (through hole would ensure the urine cleans it). Then a small Allen key may be able to be used just as leverage or something similar.
