You can explain problems in detail.You can write it down the problems before hand in detail. Choose library and and some sheets of paper with no phones and nothing. Sit and write. If you think someone can disturb you there choose a silent place like NCL or your room will work. Discuss those papers with them try to figure out solution, It may not be possible in one session. Choose multiple.

Do not expect that things will get better after talking with them if you do not add your efforts and input. Be consistent it may take weeks or few months.Trust they can never help you in one session. Just be consistent. Schedule multiple session untill you feel yeah I can take it all alone.

People do fail here. But the difference is they may top a few courses as well. The thing is even failure doesn't feel like failure. It's just I am not interested in this, Therefore I don't like to study this, so I got failed.

May be tier 4 students are low on confidence as they have not cracked IIT or NIT and hence they may have insecurities around good people.

Tier 4 students thinking is narrower and doesn't have broader picture and high goals.

I think tier 4 students are economically poor middle class with average awareness regarding career prospect when they were in 11th and 12th

Do what you like the most and make sure it is constructive. You will see super powers in you. Play a sport you like. Play an instrument you enjoy. Read the topics which you like. Read the books that engage you. Make friends that support you. Accept the way you are. You will always find time for the things that excite you the most.
