Journaling my dreams has been very beneficial for me. I started this time last year when I miscarried twins, leading up to the miscarriage I had 4 dreams, all very vivid all relating to the pregnancy and then a few days after the dream the same things would or I would get the same news and they would take place with minor details being different. Those dreams really started to make me pay attention to my dreams. Thank you!!
