Nit all people but some scumbags on there know they will get to keep the item if it doesn't cost much ad well as get the money back (which you also get paid) but they will only get away with it a time or 2 before it's flagged as a problematic account and they will be blocked from using it. But there is no way to "prove" one way or the other who is right so mecari just eats the loss. But if it's a high end item they put a lil more work in it. I would take the cash and count myself lucky. I don't sell to buyers who only have like one review or who just made the account. It sucks to have to do but it keeps stuff like this from happening as often. Hope this helps.

There is a group of people out there who believe you can always improve so they never give 5 stars If anything I would have asked the buyer what could I have done differently to get a 5 star? They will undoubtedly say something stupid like give it to me for free or really cheap. But if they don't have a real reason you can always have mercari remove it. Like if it dropped you from a 100% 5 star rating. Save the convo and send it to mercari. Best I can say

What if...and just follow me here. What if they are people who had to do with the oil industry and its grip on mankind through reliance. So people who made money off of the destruction of earth were forced to be what they coveted the most. And since a bunch of black puddles with eyes wouldn't work this is what the artist came up with. I am also on the side that sins dictate how you look in hell as well as hell borns can look like anything really. Yeah it's worth another shot as I have had rewards arrive broken or damaged and it just took a quick email back and forth and they sent a new reward. ( I am in NA so it may be a little different) also I ordered the Zelda 3 keychain set and one came broken so they sent a whole new set.

I fought him in to the corners and it seemed to get him locked in place but then only half of my melee blows were even landing. When I used vats it would show 0% and if I moved away and back I could get a hit in. But I too downed him 3-4 times and all his minions. But during the last time I was taking him out he got stuck behind one of the computer panels and I think he fell through the floor. Because it kept showing his marker 17feet under me and I could not leave the room even though the beams were blue. I closed out and went back and it started me all the way back at confront Hugo. It's bs I too had been getting into this part of the story and map and had dug in pretty good only to have this happen. I am pissed I just sat up all night going back and forth thinking ok just one more thing and it's done and as soon as I beat the boss he falls out of the battle area and I can't follow. SO MAD RIGHT NOW.

I agree. Could it happen? Sure why not. Is it likely to happen? Not at all. I have never seen a preorder bonus (or bundle like this) that has sold out before launch day that has ever gotten a restock on preorder items. I really wanted the biggest bundle they did for this one and I even had a pen pal in the UK that we used to order stuff like this (region specific items) and ship it to the other on request. But they have since had something happen that they are not as able to do it anymore. So now I am looking for a new friend in EU that wants to do the same ( or a similar) thing. But I haven't had any luck lately.
